Refund Policy

Our Promise

If you buy something from Faceless, try to follow the instructions, and decide it is not useful for you, email faisal@superventure.studio within 30 days of purchase.

To keep the guarantee fair, the refund request needs to show a real attempt. Tell us what you followed, what you tried to make or set up, what happened, and why the product did not help you. A one-word “refund” reply is not enough to trigger a refund.

This applies even if you have already downloaded the files. We are not asking for a long essay, but we do need enough detail to see that you tried to use the material.

What’s Covered

The 30-day refund covers every digital product we sell, including:

  • Front-end products ($5 digital downloads, PDFs, CSVs, ZIPs)
  • Order bumps and upsells ($97 to $197 tier products)
  • Any future digital product we add to the Faceless store

Accidental duplicate charges for the same product are refunded promptly. Separate purchases of different products in the funnel are not duplicate charges.

If we ever sell cohort-based, live, or 1:1 services (we do not today), those would follow a different policy clearly stated at the point of purchase.

Fair Use of the Refund Policy

Our refund policy is for customers who buy a Faceless product, try to use it, and decide it was not useful for their situation.

It is not intended for competitive research, copying our funnel or product structure, resale, redistribution, sharing the files with others, or buying multiple products mainly to inspect the full funnel and request a blanket refund afterward.

Each product, order bump, upsell, and downsell is a separate digital product with its own deliverable. A purchase is only treated as a duplicate charge if the same product was accidentally charged more than once.

If you request refunds for multiple products, we may ask what you tried from each product before deciding which purchases qualify. We may decline refund requests that do not show a real attempt to use the material or appear to abuse the policy.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email faisal@superventure.studio from the address you used to buy.
  2. Include the product name, or the Stripe receipt subject line. That’s enough for us to find the order.
  3. Include what you tried: the instruction, template, script, prompt, channel blueprint, or checklist you used.
  4. Share proof of the attempt where possible: a draft, screenshot, channel link, outline, notes, or a short description of the steps you took.
  5. Explain why it was not useful for your situation.
  6. We reply within 1 business day. If the request meets the policy, we issue the refund in Stripe the same day.

If the request only says “refund” or does not show an attempt to use the product, we may ask for the missing details before processing it.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card or bank within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your issuer. We cannot speed this up on our end (it is a bank-side timing thing, not a Stripe thing).

If 10 business days pass and you do not see the refund, reply to the original email and we will help trace the refund in Stripe.

What Happens After the 30-Day Window

After 30 days, purchases are final. If a specific download link broke, a file is corrupted, or something we promised is missing from what you received, email us anyway. We will fix the file, resend the link, or refund at our discretion, because a broken product is our problem, not yours.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may not be able to refund in parallel (the bank locks the transaction). Please email us first. It’s faster for both of us.
